What a lovely spring morning. I love this time of year. We picked up the walk in Thorner and it was a bit hazy but thankfully the sun burnt off the cloud.
It was simple, easy walking. This section was flat and we made it to Barwick in Elmet in no time. Had a stop at the shop there and got a lovely samosa before walking to the end of the planned walk.
Along the route just after the Red Bus Cafe someone had built a toilet. I wish there were more random loos in the countryside.
That marks off the first quarter of the walk completed now.
